Our Story
Built around one idea:
better plants, direct.
Rock & Rose Nursery started from a simple observation: the plants that go into high-end Southwest Florida estate builds are available to anyone who knows where to look. Homestead, Florida — two hours south of Naples — is the wholesale nursery hub for the entire state. That's where growers produce the specimen palms, hedges, and tropical plantings that define the SWFL landscape.
Tyler Caggiano built Rock & Rose to be the direct connection between those Homestead growers and the homeowners, contractors, and designers who want the same quality. No distributor markup. No generic retail selection. The same plants installed on estate builds — available from our nursery on North River Road in Alva.

Retail garden centers source through wholesale distributors. Plants sit in transit, lose vigor, and arrive in whatever sizes distributors happen to carry. We buy direct from the growers.
Specimen-grade selection
Homestead growers produce the estate-grade palms, specimen hedges, and tropical accent plants used on Naples's most recognized properties. That material is available here.
SWFL-proven species
Every species we carry has been selected for Southwest Florida conditions — salt tolerance, zone hardiness, and performance in Alva's Zone 9b through coastal Naples's Zone 10a.
Can't find it? We'll source it.
Don't see what you need on the lot? Tell us the species and size. We source from Homestead directly — lead times are typically days, not weeks.

The plants on our lot are the same plants Precision selects for estate installations across Lee and Collier County. If you're working with Precision on a project, you already know the material quality. If you need the plants installed, Precision handles that too.
